I will be visiting this restaurant ANYTIME I’m in town! I was really nervous at first, because I couldn’t tell if the server was actually knowledgeable or just telling me what I wanted to hear. She assured me that the chefs were trained and very good with food allergies. So I ordered a black and blue burger wrapped in lettuce with a baked potato as a side. She came back and informed me that the chef said I needed to pick something else since their blue cheese has gluten in it! So decided to keep it simple and do a bacon cheeseburger instead. The burger was delicious and so was the baked potato and the server always made sure my drink was full. My “wait and see” time for CC passed and no issues! I’m still in the process of determining whether or not Celiac but I react horribly even with the smallest CC.
