I was told soy sauce is in everything and was not given an option to modify so I left.

— Not Much/None

They accommodate to gluten allergies just by omitting soy sauce from the dish you want. Every time I have eaten here I have been extremely bloated afterwards and don’t feel good. Food is good but wouldn’t recommend if you are celiac.
