I was able to finally grab a brownie with vanilla icing and a chocolate chip banana bread from Carnegie coffee today. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these items. First, you can tell that the ingredients used are quality. I usually get an upset stomach from most sweet treats despite being gf due to them using cheap ingredients. I ate both of the treats and still felt great! They were so fresh and moist! My 4 year old daughter wanted a bite and could not tell the brownie was gf. So delicious!!!!

Amazing products and amazing service!! The cookies we bought were absolutely delicious and the owner was incredibly helpful! 10/10 we will absolutely be re-ordering!! Highly recommend the brookies and red velvet cookies!!

I’ve had several people reach out to me telling me to try Mami’s Bakes! I reached out to the owner/baker Noel to try his products. He is SO sweet! I was so happy to hear that not only are his baked goods gluten free, they’re also vegan/dairy free!
💟The Guava Mango Crumble Bar had a perfectly flakey crust and I enjoyed the flavor of the guava and mangos.
💟The Vanilla Cake Donut was delicious and perfectly festive with its sprinkles and frosting.
💟The Boston Cream Style Donut had me thinking, “there’s no way this is vegan.” So yummy and had a great texture.
💟My absolute favorite was the Buckeye Brownie. It had that fudgey brownie texture that I usually can’t find in a gluten free item. The peanut butter center was the perfect accompaniment.
Noel has an online store where you can order for pick up or delivery. He also does custom orders for events. Reach out to Mami’s Bakes to try some of these treats. I can’t wait to try the Cuban Coffee Cake!
