After discovering I have multiple food intolerences, I have to adhere to a strict Low FODMAP diet on a permanent basis.
With multiple intolerences including wheat, dairy and vegetables, it's really stressful finding somewhere to eat as I just feel like a nuisance and rather embarrassed about the whole thing.
Mamma Lina's however are great every time we visit and will always adapt their for me dishes wherever possible. They even let me check their gluten-free pasta packaging myself the first time, so I could make sure it was made purely from maize flour (with no lentil or peas in it which I can't have).
Their food quality and attentive service has always been exceptional, and even now with my restricted diet, they still always go out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable, happy and satisfied with my meal.
The Gluten free Margarita Pizza was so good that I was concerned it was not Gluten Free considering how good it was. It was brought to the table and identified as Gluten Free by the waitress but I was so impressed it's hard to believe it was Gluten Free. By far the best Gluten Free pizza I have ever had. The menu advertised Pasta as available Gluten free and I asked if GF Pizzas were also available and they were. Very impressed.
