I’ve eaten at Mañana’s many times and have yet to be contaminated or disappointed.
We always sit at the bar and if they can’t answer a GF question they go to the source.
Great TexMex, Great Margaritas and Great Service. I just talked myself into going there now!
I wound up going here with family without being able to research ahead of time. So, I asked my questions and hoped for the best. I didn't ask about the freshly-fried tortilla chips, if they had a dedicated fryer for GF items; I just skipped them. So, that piece of research is for a future visit. But the server understood my questions, and, as I usually find, I was able to have a delicious homemade Mexican meal with no wheat (or rye or barley!) flour. Parts of the meal were rather bland, not as spicy as we would've liked. But it was all definitely freshly-made and what I had was definitely safe for me.
