Mancino's Pizza and Grinders

I called to make an order and our order was split between gluten free and gluten. I told them we had a few with gluten allergies and he said, “not from us you don’t.” I then asked if they had cauliflower crust and he said they didn’t have gluten free crust. (That was not my question) He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and said we must have gotten cut off….knowing we hadn’t been. He said that he hung up on me because I kept talking and he didn’t want to argue with me. I was not arguing one bit. I was clarifying and ASKING if they have cauliflower crust. He then hung up again. It would have been helpful for him to tell me if there were ANY gf options such as salads or grinders. I won’t be supporting this business.

Very accommodating to gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions. The grinder I had was one of the best I've had. And the prices are very reasonable.

The manager was enthusiastic about how careful he would be with our gluten free order. He was very happy to answer my questions and even asked a couple of his own to make sure he understood our needs. SUPER AMAZING GF SUBS! We would totally go back.

Asked for GF for celiac and they prepared the food safely and I did not get sick! Server highlighted GF and allergy and they did an excellent job! So pleased! Thank you!

Great place! The man helping at the counter was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Gf pizzas, grinders, & French fries are available. The French fries are baked-not fried. I ended up ordering a BLT Grinder & the fries. It was all very good! Would definitely go back!

Yummy GF grinders!! I eat here every time I am in town, a few times a year. Having celiac can make eating out challenging but I’ve never had an issue here. They offer their GF grinder bread to be purchased separately to take home as well.

Very very rude front counter employee! Actually said I don't believe anyone should eat gluten free when we asked for my wife what he recommended as far as what they had. If we hadn't been for us being in a hurry and my wife having a big heart I would have left! Not impressed! The food is good but this employee really ruined if for me.. We will not be back. I hope the next person has a better experience.the stars are for the food not the experience.

I would give the Cadillac, Michigan location 10 stars if I could! The owner was more than helpful and walked through the whole menu for me! He gave me options, was knowledgable about how the bread is made in Muskegon and even went to the cooler to check an ingredients list! Will definitely be coming back!!

I get their gluten free pizza often and I do not have any reaction. The pizza is really good too!

The girders were absolutely delicious! The bread was soft and fluffy and didn’t have the grittiness that most GF breads have. My favorite was the steak, which had a nice amount of meat in it. We are only intolerant so we can’t speak to the full cross contamination for celiacs, but as for us everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about items. Lost anything can be made gluten free. Will go again and try the pizza next!

I got a gf roast beef grinder and fries. The fries are baked not fried. I also have a dairy allergy and they made sure they understood my situation. Food was great! My daughter got the gf veggie grinder and loved it.

They have separate bins for gluten free pizza toppings. They also will run the pizza through all by itself. They have separate pizza cutter. GF chicken nuggets. GF fries. GF pizza. GF grinders. So many good and tasty options. And they are really aware of cross contact.
