Review of Mandolin Sushi & Steak House

I stayed away from anything marinated and it went just fine! They have tamari which is nice. Server seemed to say that miso soup only had “a little” gluten so it was fine - that made me very nervous! I skipped it. The sushi was fresh and the cucumber roll was amazing. They also modified the Philly roll so I could get fresh salmon and avocado instead. Pretty accommodating. Wish there was a little more knowledge around gluten though.
