Absolute best brewery in DFW for those with celiac. The owner’s wife has celiac so everything is up to standard and also tastes amazing. Many gluten free beer options as well as beers with gluten. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the gluten content of everything. The food menu is labeled “99.9999% gluten free”. The fried chicken and French fries are the best I have had since diagnosis.
