Although we were seated right next to the brick oven for the regular pizzas (as it's in the front of the restaurant) and I have an airborne reaction to gluten, I did not get sick. When they made our GF DF pizzas, we were happy that they made them in the back in a separate kitchen. The crust was a little on the thin side but it tasted good. They are a very busy restaurant so you should get a reservation. This is authentic Italian food. We are super-sensitive and did not get sick.
