Review of Manna Taste of Mediterranean

Positive experience today. I will have to say, as my husband is a pastry chef, and I am used to kitchens, this was not the cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen.

On the plus: I am celiac. Hyper-sensitive to cross contamination. I ate the chicken kebab plate with rice and the side salad. I ordered garlic and tzatziki sauce as well. I did not get sick. For those with this intolerance, anxiety will accompany any meal but the woman running the shop seemed very sure in her response to “are you able to take steps to prevent all cross contamination from my meal?” and was very friendly about it too!

For what I had, it made me feel normal, like I could eat out with my husband and not feel awkward and apart of a meal out of the house! It was pretty decent Greek food in Henderson, NV.

Tables were not super clean, nor the floors or kitchen but I had a safe meal. 😊
