Manuel's Bread Cafe

We have eaten at Manuel’s on and off for the past few years and as long as we are clear with staff about having Celiac, we have not had issues!

— Some

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The food was okay but I have celiac disease and I did not get glutened so I recommend if your looking for a decent place that will not gluten you.

I explained I had celiac disease, they said they understood but my plate came out with bread on it! This is not the first experience like this. I have gotten sick the past two times I tried to eat here despite long conversations in which they said they understood and pretended to care. This is their third strike. I do not recommend, this place is NOT safe.

Staff at Manuel's is knowledgeable regarding gluten free, and when in doubt, always check with the chef who always ensures the food is gluten free and free of cross contamination. They have recently begun offering gluten free bread, which greatly expands their gf options.
