GF noodles and the manager keeps GF soy sauce in the back so just ask. Make sure you mention GF at the grill and they'll scrape the grill clean.
Everything is clearly marked and they put a lot of effort into cleaning the grill. However, I've eaten here three times and gotten sick each time.
No
Gluten free items marked clearly and everything is also dairy free. Love that they clean a spot and a manager comes to the grill
Yes
GF items marked. Tell them you are GF and they will specially clean a portion of the grill to cook your food.
Oh, and the food is delicious!
Yes
they will explain what is gluten free. I enjoy eating here because I can have veggies and meat (starts frozen) and the sauce you add on to your bowl over half are gluten free. Then they clean the grill and fry up your food you can add rice and a egg. they will help you through the process. my favorite gluten free foods. I'm so addicted to this place, never have had a reaction!
Having never been there, I was so impressed. They got my sauces from the back to avoid cross contamination, I watched them scrub the flat top so clean! They placed their tools on each side of the area to avoid other food from coming in contact with my food. They use gluten free soy sauce in their fried rice!!! I did not get sick and will return.

Knowledgeable and kind staff but lots of cross contamination… almost all GF sauces had large chunks of wheat noodles floating in them. Luckily I noticed but I had to have mine with no sauce. No GF soy sauce.

The wait staff and the grill staff were both very knowledgeable about celiac! They scrubbed the grill down so well it literally shined! They offered to make my bowl in the back due to a chance of cross contamination, but i chose to take off the line and didn’t get sick. They have very clear signs about what is GF and what isn’t!

Pros: Food safety was amazing, cleaned off a spot on the grill, used clean utensils, they didn't make food in the spots next to my food, and were very careful with cross contamination. The GF noodles are near the veggies, away from the regular noodles completely. The sauces that are GF or Vegan have the little "GF" or "V" on the sign. I see other reviews saying it tasted bland. If you have noodles in your bowl you need to add roughly 6 or 7 scoops of sauce and MUST use some dry spices (all dry spices are GF but are not labeled GF) Cons: Only 1 kind of GF noodles sadly, the meat and vegetables do not have any sign for GF or vegan. There website IS up to date allergy list, "as far as I know" the waitress said (There crab is contaminated) and unfortunately there is suppose to be a walk way on both sides of each food area and there was not for the meat and sauce, which could very well lead to cross contamination. Overall I say 4/5 stars. I didn't get sick from it and there isn't much the current staff could do about any of the cons I have listed because they were all highscool/ college students.
