Eaten here twice without getting sick. As always, ask questions and check with a manager. The last server I had, Ian, knew the contents of every dish on the menu and helped me order with a high degree of confidence. There are a LOT of options. The chips were safe for me to eat, even.

update: the owner tells me all ingredients in everything I ask about. There is no flour in mole sauce or sour cream sauce, so eat those corn tortilla enchiladas. No flour thickening anything; all sauces safe. Fajitas safe. Chicken soup safe. Fish dishes safe. Ceviche tostadas safe. Beans and rice safe. Seriously you can eat most dishes here unless fried or flour tortillas (burritos, flautas, etc)
Was told that there is not anything I can eat here because the oil they use for everything has a flour taco shell fried in it
owner is very helpful. rice is not made with chicken broth. tortilla chips are safe. corn starch used for thickening. ask for owner and he will help you out with ordering. I get tilapia veracruz or fish tacos on corn tortilla no problem.
