Review of Mara's Homemade

This restaurant is awful and the owner is beyond stubborn and uninformed! I was asking the basic questions as to how things were prepared and what ingredients made the dish, and the owner was unnecessarily defensive in her response. There are inadequate substitutions for gluten free options, and when asked why something as simple as buns couldn't be kept in the freezer, she answers with there is no room, as if a pack of buns really takes up much space?! Also, it was very disturbing in her defense that she was ranting that they don't have a certified gluten free kitchen, as if there is such a thing, so there is no guarantees about cross-contamination, and when asked what was in the sauce that came on the side of my dish, she said it was completely fine, then mentions worscester sauce as an ingredient, not knowing that it contains gluten, after which I told her, and her mumbled response was that there is only a spoonful... NEVER going back!!!
