Got a pepperoni pizza, which was delicious! They use a separate pan for GF, separate pizza cutter, etc. A great option near downtown Scituate!
Excellent precautions taken! Pizza is cooked on its own pan and cut with dedicated gf utensils. Sensitive celiac and felt great after.
4/19/22 update- still haven’t been glutened by the pizza here. My daughter is VERY sensitive and nervous to eat out. We order at least once a month. While the kitchen isn’t gf, it’s safe! 2016- I've ordered several pizzas from Maria's & they are really cautious about CC'ing. Never once had an issue. The staff all seem pretty knowledgeable about CC'ing
