Best fish & chip shop for gluten free in Bristol!
We found Mario’s via the Find Me GF app and took a punt. What a find! Superb quality fish and chips and burgers from a chip shop that clearly states it’s gluten free options. Great service too. Will definitely be back
Great, great & great. So much choice & all cooked in separate areas to ensure there isn’t any cross-contamination. Good value and lovely staff. Can’t beat it for Fish & Chips.

Very good go there all the time if you want a burger you have to go in and say can I have a gf burger plz it is just the meat of the burger but very good
Amazing fish and chips, massive gf menu with staff who know all about coeliac disease and cross contamination. All of your gf takeaway is labelled for extra reassurance. Their battered halloumi is the best 😋 they even have gf vinegar!
There is no better gf chippy in Bristol! Do order in advance though as there nearly always is a queue! It’s a very popular chippy and for very good reason! If you listen to the food being ordered, gf comes up all the time! We have never had a bad meal from this chippy!
A superb establishment. Very efficient and clear communication about the needs of customers who need GF food. All chips at Marios are gluten free so that’s great in itself. When wrapped and given to you the order is repeated back you clearly labelled. Oh yeh, the quality of the food is amazing!
Mario's have a dedicated frier for gluten-free food and a dedicated food prep area, they know what coeliac disease is and their fish and chips are absolutely a second to none and I have never been ill after eating them.
