To ones thiking to stay in this hotel on halfboard basis:
Information on allergens is not available in the buffet restaurant. Talking to staff is not very productive unfortunately.
Breakfast: good selection of fruit. Gluten free pancakes are possible upon request. Gluten free bread is available (industrial, not packaged separately). There are no certified gf breakfast cereals (oats are placed together with other cereals. Be aware that people often use same spoons to mix them.) Omelette and boiled eggs are safe.
Dinner: not much food is safe or is genuinely gluten free. Industrial gluten free bread is available. The rest of the food is to be consumed upon risk due to glutenous food in vicinity. (Personally, I mostly ate salads and fruit). There are absolutely no safe deserts.
Overall: not a gluten free friendly place.
