There are smaller places to order within the Marquette. At "The Spit" they said everything aside from the gravy was gluten and dairy free. They had quarter and half chickens or a daily special (pork wrapped in bacon when I went). All meat options came with an assortment of veggies; that day they had roasted broccoli, potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. I had chicken and vaggies, and it was delicious! Portions were large; I could have easily shared my meal with someone. €17 for the half chicken. €14 for the quarter chicken. €17 for the bacon wrapped pork special that day. If I find myself in the Dublin airport again, I will be revisiting "The Spit!"

Unsure of cross contamination. Allergens labelled but very few options apart from snack bars, some crisps and one sandwich choice.

Had a lovely lunch gf and dairy free after speaking to the manager to see what was available. Roast of the day was chicken or bacon. So nice to get a hot lunch in the airport!

Gluten free sandwiches available in the self service fridge. A bit pricey at €7,50 but still handy on a delayed flight!

had signs indicating allergens in each product. When ran into an item that had dairy but could be made without the chef made a special batch. The food was delicious!
