Owner and chef talked to us and told us what we couldn't have on their menu. Full understanding of celiac, since he has a family member that has it. Can't have the chips or some of the sauces, but the food is awesome, and the brisket tacos rule. I've eaten there several times and it hasn't made me sick. They are very careful about cross contamination.
