Martin City Pizza And Taproom

My mom & I split the Carne pizza with GF crust and neither of us had a reaction. A nice, casual bar scene. Nothing to write home about, but it was a good pizza and we haven’t had the pleasure of celiac-safe pizza in awhile!

I asked for a glove change and a clean pan to be used in the oven and they happily obliged.

Best GF crust in town. My wife has Celiac, so we often end up getting two pizzas but not at Martin City as I like their GF crust as much as their regular crust.

I told the waitress that I had a gluten allergy and she said they would take precautions and put it on a clean pan in the oven. I had a cauliflower crust pizza and it was pretty good and I felt fine after eating it.
