Delicious sushi and server was knowledgeable about GF precautions in the kitchen. Ordered the Spicy Tuna roll and Philly roll, both were delicious. Several GF dessert options as well. Will definitely go back!

Maru has a pretty extensive GF menu. The waitress was super knowledgeable and brought out gluten free soy sauce without asking. All in all a great experience.

I love Maru. They take gluten contamination very seriously and have loads of gluten-free options. I have eaten here a dozen times and never had an issue with the food. However, beware if you go with a group- the wait for your food can be ridiculously long!

The waitress we had informed us that they have extensive training on GF diets and can modify almost everything on the sushi menu. They have GF soy sauce, delicious sushi and an amazing GF cheesecake for dessert.
