The food is tasty, but if you’re looking for something that is truly like naan you won’t find it. The GF Naan is a very well seasoned and garlicky gf pizza crust. The flavor is great, the texture is like most gf pizzas you are used to.
I also had biryani, a really wonderful mung sprout salad, and daal and channa masala. I would eat here again and can imagine many of the other menu items are as flavorful as those I had today.
I ate here two times recently and the food was so delicious and I had no reactions! They told me all the main entrees are gluten free. I avoided getting any of the fried appetizers but did take the risk of getting the gf garlic naan. I didn’t have any reactions but with that said the server disclosed the tandoori oven where the naan is baked is shared with gluten naan. They put the gf naan on the top edges to avoid cross contamination as much as possible but there is still a risk there.
Their very prompt and honest responses to my email asking about a shared fryer for pakoras, papadams, etc. (the menu designates these as gf) and naan.
Thank You for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, I only have 1 fryer. Hence, pakoras, papadum and samosa chole all get fried in the same fryer. We do have a Gluten Free/Vegan naan. It's not posted on our website, but we do carry it. Please note that we cook it in the same tandoor oven as the rest of our bread.
I hope this helps answer your questions. If you have more questions please feel free to contact us.
Thank You
