This bakery is incredible. They offer so many options and even deliver! I love that EVERYTHING is dairy and gluten free so there’s no chance of cross contamination. Lots of vegan options too!

Such a great new bakery in LaSalle. We've loved everything we've tried so far. I love that everything is not only gluten-free but also grain-free, dairy-free and naturally sweetened. I don't have to worry about funny ingredients and letting my kids enjoy it too. You HAVE to try their bagels & pretzels - hands down the BEST gf bagels we've ever tried.

Absolutely delicious and Celiac safe bakery. They are dairy free as well and have several vegan options.

Mary’s Mindful Bakehouse opened in Lasalle in 2021. Mary makes the most delicious baked goods! Everything she sells is grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free. She has a nice store-front, but we buy all of our food by ordering online during the pandemic. So far we have enjoyed her bagels (very tasty), her garlic naan bread (very flavourful… an excellent side-dish with a curry), her banana muffins (a favourite of our kids), her vanilla cupcakes (coconut-y and delicious), and her chocolate cupcakes (moist and chocolatey). Mary is very responsive by email, and even delivered baked goods to our house when we couldn’t do a pick-up. I feel like we are so lucky to have this new bakery in Lasalle. (From her website: “All our bakes are 100% gluten-free, grain-free (no wheat, corn, rice, oats, etc), dairy-free (no milk, cream, butter, cheese, etc.), refined sugar-free (no white/brown/icing sugar, corn syrup, rice syrup, etc.), processed oil free (no canola, peanut, sunflower, safflower, vegetable oil, etc.), legume-free (no peanuts, cashews, soy, chickpeas, etc.), nightshade-free (no potato, tomato, etc.), and no preservatives or artificial colours.”)
