Amazing dedicated gluten free bakery and bistro. I had a cinnamon roll for the first time in 7 years and it was amazing - couldn't tell it was GF in the slightest. I also had the chicken and rice bowl which was hearty and very tasty. The bakery has fresh and frozen bread and bagels as well as cupcakes and other pastries. Highly recommend visiting.

The restaurant items are excellent. The chicken biscuit sandwich is my absolute favorite along with their smoky Mac and cheese! The baked goods are hit or miss for me as far as flavor/moisture goes. Appreciate having a dedicated restaurant here in Huntsville.

Very tasty place to eat. The website says the place is 100% gluten free. I ordered the chicken and rice bowl which tasted amazing. The cupcakes and muffins are also amazing. Service was good. The staff is friendly. I don't think I've tasted such good food in my life. I was able to take a cupcake through TSA and have it later. Try this place. It's super.

Amazing selection of GF and even some DF treats. Its a place where you order at the counter and your food is brought out to your table.

We ate breakfast there twice and both time were very pleased with the meals. Not a big selection of breakfast choices but the food was excellent. Great service as well.

EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING is gluten free so absolutely no worries about cross contamination!

I’ve been bumming that I hadn’t found any deserts that actually taste good but this place hit the nail on the head! I brought home a loaf a bread I haven’t tried it yet but my goodness it smells good and the size of a piece is actually decent size unlike the ones you find out a grocery store lol

This was the first gluten free restaurant I found when I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 3 weeks ago. So wonderful to be able to choose whatever I wanted from the menu because the whole menu and all the bakery items are gluten free. I am the only GF in our party the day we ate there. But all the options that my party chose were very good. My mother and I had the chicken bowl - delicious! My husband had the Bacon Cheddar Burger and it was great. My dad had the Chicken Apple Brie sandwich and he loved it. There is a large selection of cupcakes, cookies, pies, cakes, breads, and take and bake items all gluten free! It was a little pricey but to know that it is very safe to eat anything on the menu was priceless!

They also have catering and weddings.

My 12 year old son said it all, “on a 5 star scale I give them 10 stars!!!” Amazing Gluten Free baked goods, bread, biscuits, scones and food!!!! We were in town for 2 days and ate here each day and took a bunch of things home. Everything was soooooo good. Dedicated GF, also have a lot of dairy free and paleo options. Your friends won’t know it is GF. I wish I took more pictures but it was so good we barely stopped ourselves on the second day to take lunch pics for y’all. We were only in Huntsville for a weekend but we knew we had to make a stop here based on the reviews and we were so happy we did. We both had the turkey bahn mi and I got a side of the Mac and cheese. They were amazing and probably the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had it had a great smoky flavor. My wife is dairy free is well and was so excited to find the Cookie Monster cupcake was df. I had a carrot cake cupcake and it was unbelievably good.

Make a point of stopping in Huntsville to frequent this Bakery and Bistro when traveling on I65. Always nice to not have to worry about Gluten! They do an outstanding job with the service and food. The food is amazing! The new place of gorgeous!

Dedicated gluten free facility (with lots of options for other restrictions as well, e.g., dairy free, soy free, vegan, egg free). They're a bakery and bistro, so they have real food and coffee, too. Everyone here is super nice. Not the best gluten free food, but possibly the only dedicated gluten free place in town.

ROAD TRIP! Hubby & I are headed to Nashville to explore the 444 mile Natchez Trace - back to Natchez. Because he is celiac, travel in general is more difficult for us. We found this totally GF bakery/cafe on FMGF. He had the MD burger & enjoyed it immensely! (BIB required! Haha Napkins wouldn’t do the trick - had to go wash up after! Lol) I had the MD/BLT & it was delicious! We shared 2 sides. He had the Mac & cheese while I ordered the buffalo cauliflower. If I’m being honest, we were not overly impressed with either of them. Seems like the Mac & cheese could be 10X better with just a little more effort. We purchased an apple/carrot muffin & blueberry muffin for breakfast tomorrow morning. They look delicious! Also picked up some of the granola oats / molasses crumble for yogurt on our trip. If we are ever back in the area, we WILL return. It was so nice to eat somewhere & not worry if he would get CC.

Overrated rubbish. I understand that there is a substantial following for Mason Dixon in the area, but if you compare them with other allergy friendly bakeries, they come up lacking. It is good to have an option, but I have been to many places with better texture, taste, and variety.

My kids and I are lunch here and it was fantastic. I had the BLT, bacon was perfectly cooked and there is a spread that was excellent. My daughter got the scramble bowl and inhaled it, my son the biscuit egg sandwich which he loved. Since I live about five hours from here I also bought one of each type of cupcake - slowly taste testing but each had been wonderful with its own unique flavor. Will definitely be ordering and will hit up next time we are in town.

The owner of this place is celiac as well. They will accommodate any allergy and have wonderful costumer service. I have eaten here regularly for the past 3 years. It’s 100% gluten free and they take pride in natural ingredients. There is something for everyone even kids. My favorites are the carrot cake cupcakes, the BLT with house cured bacon, and the smoked Mac n cheese. They have a bakery, lunch and breakfast items, daily fresh baked bread, and delicious coffee drinks. I’m really lucky to have this place near me.
