EDIT: Last time I came here I got glutened, I go here fairly often and I’ve never gotten sick before so I’ll return.
EDIT2: My celiac partner and I decided to return, he felt fine, however I did not feel 100% after specifying GF and the server saying my order would be made safe. I returned a few days later, and said I got sick last time so if they could clean their preparation area that would be great. They said the sauce that went on my Mars roll had a risk of cross contamination. If that was the case, I wish they would have let me know that the time before. That time I was fine.
They are very accommodating to gluten free! My celiac partner enjoys the Singapore street noodles. Sushi is awesome! We recommend!
I called and asked about the rice and they checked and told me it’s GF, (no malt vinegar). Online ordering they advised me to specify GF in the comment section for each item, and they would prep it GF. I asked if they had GF soy packets to go, they said they normally do but were all out. I ordered vegetable sushi & tamago GF. Food was delicious, great price, no symptoms or issues for this celiac customer.
