Our server and the kitchen seemed very knowledgeable on cross contamination.
The only listed "gluten sensitive" item on the menu is the kale salad. They do have cauliflower crust but they did not recommend it as they cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
The other reviews here say they had fries - I was told that there is no dedicated gf frier and all fries and nacho chips are fried in the same oil as other non-gf items.
I had a lettuce wrap burger with a side salad and did not get sick. You can eat here and be safe in a pinch but there are very few gluten free options to choose from.
I was a little worried when i ordered because i asked if they had a gf bun and he said yeah they have a wheat bun. It came out lettuce wrapped which i was happy about (i was just worried id get a wheat bun so im happy it was just a lettuce wrap) so they don’t have gf buns but they do have separate fryers for their fries. I also had the espresso martini slush which was amazing. Fries were pretty good
Decent enough. I wasn’t comfortable ordering the pizza since the server said it’s cooked on the same stone and there weren’t any trays they could put it on to avoid cross contamination. I ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap and I was told it was cooked in a separate skillet. Would come back if others in my party wanted to but there weren’t a ton of options.
The waitstaff is great here. They went and checked with the chef about doing a cauliflower pizza on like aluminum foil or something. The chef said no, they can’t really control cross contamination, so I didn’t get any food. The fryer is also not dedicated, so no French fries. The hard seltzer was great.
Went out to dinner last night at Maui brewing co. The waiter was very kind and made sure to go and ask the kitchen on any questions I had. I ended up getting the origami pizza on the cauliflower crust (but was warned that there was some risk of cross contamination) and their house made ginger ale, when placing the order he showed me that he marked that I had an allergy in many different places to be very clear to the kitchen staff. The pizza was delicious!
Very few gluten free options. I ended up just having fries. They were good, and the view was pretty, but for the price and lack of options I probably wouldn’t return.
The server we had was amazing. I didn’t plan on eating, but he was informative about what was Celiac friendly and what was “gluten sensitive” and he even told us how it was prepared. I had a burger with a lettuce wrap bun. Also, I highly recommend the Lava Flow drink.
I wouldn’t even rate this place. We were told down stairs that they could duplicate anything on the menu in a gluten free version. Only to get up stairs order a drink and find out they are limited for gluten free. Only option they had was a burger patty wrapped in lettuce. Not happy
There were two thing labeled gluten sensitive - kale salad and French fries. The hostess told me they didn’t have GF options. I opted not to eat. My niece had the salad and said it was “terrible.” Perhaps another waiter/hostess would have been able to provide more options.
They have a gluten sensitive menu, however everything is cross contaminated. Talked with the manager and could have a lettuce wrapped burger or fish tacos lettuce wrapped. I got the tacos with rice, they were good and they use the little toothpicks denoting allergies. I did like their cider. Quite tasty. Would not be my first place to chose to eat, but you can find something.
