I thought that the nachos were nearly flavorless and the service was not good at all.

Decent enough. I wasn’t comfortable ordering the pizza since the server said it’s cooked on the same stone and there weren’t any trays they could put it on to avoid cross contamination. I ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap and I was told it was cooked in a separate skillet. Would come back if others in my party wanted to but there weren’t a ton of options.

Good Food. Server was good and knew what she was talking about.

Had the edamame, GF cauliflower cheese pizza, and the GF DF kids grilled chicken and fries. No issues. Although very few GF choices, no dedicated GF kitchen, we felt safe overall with risk of cross contamination after discussing allergy with servers

GF marked. I had the Nacho’s and they were very tasty. Huge portions and staff knew a lot about what makes GF. They could modify several items to make them work.

The nachos and hard seltzer were great. Food is marked as “gluten sensitive” on the menu, but I didn’t feel sick afterward.

The waitstaff is great here. They went and checked with the chef about doing a cauliflower pizza on like aluminum foil or something. The chef said no, they can’t really control cross contamination, so I didn’t get any food. The fryer is also not dedicated, so no French fries. The hard seltzer was great.

Went out to dinner last night at Maui brewing co. The waiter was very kind and made sure to go and ask the kitchen on any questions I had. I ended up getting the origami pizza on the cauliflower crust (but was warned that there was some risk of cross contamination) and their house made ginger ale, when placing the order he showed me that he marked that I had an allergy in many different places to be very clear to the kitchen staff. The pizza was delicious!

They have a couple of salads and loaded nachos that can be made gluten free.

Very few gluten free options. I ended up just having fries. They were good, and the view was pretty, but for the price and lack of options I probably wouldn’t return.

MBC has a few GF options - it’s great if you’re looking for a bevy and the cheesiest nachos you’ve ever had. The pulled pork is GF and adding that to the Nachos is a nice touch. No GF beers, but a nice wine and mixed drink list keeps my celiac wife ok with coming back.
Yes
The server we had was amazing. I didn’t plan on eating, but he was informative about what was Celiac friendly and what was “gluten sensitive” and he even told us how it was prepared. I had a burger with a lettuce wrap bun. Also, I highly recommend the Lava Flow drink.
Yes
I wouldn’t even rate this place. We were told down stairs that they could duplicate anything on the menu in a gluten free version. Only to get up stairs order a drink and find out they are limited for gluten free. Only option they had was a burger patty wrapped in lettuce. Not happy
There were two thing labeled gluten sensitive - kale salad and French fries. The hostess told me they didn’t have GF options. I opted not to eat. My niece had the salad and said it was “terrible.” Perhaps another waiter/hostess would have been able to provide more options.
No
They have everything labeled that is gluten sensitive on the menu. If you simply talk to your waiter they can talk to the chef about special accommodations. I didn’t like anything on the menu so they made me a grilled fish with vegetables. Very accommodating and friendly!
Yes
They have a gluten sensitive menu, however everything is cross contaminated. Talked with the manager and could have a lettuce wrapped burger or fish tacos lettuce wrapped. I got the tacos with rice, they were good and they use the little toothpicks denoting allergies. I did like their cider. Quite tasty. Would not be my first place to chose to eat, but you can find something.
