Nothing marked but the wait staff was extremely knowledgeable and able to modify almost any dish. Lots of options, very tasty and excellent margaritas. Very safe!

The staff was knowledgeable and referred to the kitchen when they weren’t sure. Food was superb and zero reaction. Latin food so a lot was naturally gluten free or easy to substitute to be made gluten free. Separate frier for the corn tortillas.

Food was delicious. Menu is not labeled but waiter was able to answer all my questions and checked in with the kitchen if she was unsure. Chips were safe, but always worth asking before eating in my opinion. Did not get sick personally. This is an Oak Park gem, so it’s nice to be able to eat here too!

Almost the entire menu can be made gluten free and the food is delicious. They are very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free precautions. Separate fryer for chips and separate area for food. Delicious meal! Would highly recommend

Maya is my go-to restaurant in Oak Park! Though there’s no designated GF menu, most of the menu is naturally gluten free. The servers are very knowledgeable and considerate of allergies as well. Don’t miss out on the delicious sangria and seasonal offerings!

Despite the assurances that most of the menu is gluten-free and they understand cross-contamination, I have gotten sick almost every time I have eaten here. I have given this restaurant many chances, but I will not go back again!

Everything is delicious! Almost their entire menu is GF, and other items can usually be made GF. They are very attentive and careful with allergies.

Even if a dish or drink sounds strange, TRY IT! They usually comp anything you don't like, and they generally have excellent service. I've never left unsatisfied or feeling like having dietary restrictions held me back from fully enjoying their food and the overall dining experience.

We went when they were serving brunch, and it was a small menu. This place is also pretty expensive, especially for the food that we ordered. I ordered the chrizo skillet without cheese. Came out with cheese. they apologized and took drinks off our bill. The server was extremely nice and helpful. The food was average (where are the pepper and salt shakers??)
