I called to ask about their gluten free accommodations, and they were very adamant that it was a shared space, nothing could be guaranteed gluten free, tortillas for enchiladas went into the shared fryer. They were pretty clear that nothing was going to be safe and were pretty blunt and rude about it also.

— Not Much

After going in and speaking with the gal at the front who said she didn’t know much English, we waited for the server. He didn’t seem confident to ensure gluten free and dairy free so we left.

Excellent food! I usually get the fajitas and have never gotten sick. The family that owns it are very nice and accomodating to allergies.

Amazing staff and great service. I have their steak Fajitas all the time and have never gotten ill. This is my favorite restaurant in town.

Great Food and service, always clean, great staff (local chain, this location run by the owners). No dedicated menu but just ask for a corn tortilla or none at all. I eat here weekly and they are Awesome! Fiesta Mazatlan on Highland in Redmond is the best of their small Central OR chain.
