Not only is the staff super friendly they are all very knowledgeable as well. They were telling the staff to change gloves and wipe everything down because they have an allergy. They cook it separately and all! I received my order and to be honest the bread looked too good to be GF. I asked a worker and they got the manager and she assured me it was GF. She has an aunt that has a gluten allergy and made me feel very comfortable eating there.
2024- I do not get salad or sandwiches here but feel safe getting the rotel dip
They have a separate gluten-free menu, and the server knew of it. More info available online. I chose the Pecan-berry salad.

Great for the spuds and gf bread option. The cashier who took our order turned around to the kitchen staff and notified them of allergen and kitchen staff acknowledged
Amazing and delicious. This is a destination sandwich spot for me because I only come up here for dr appts. It's too far away to go to often and there are none closer
You can get any sandwich with gluten free bread but they are not a certified gluten free establishment. The Spuds are a good Gluten free choice.
I went just before closing. They still followed their normal gf process. I had no issues, and my sandwich was made to order.
I often stop at several other locations while traveling, and this was my first time at this location. Staff was friendly, and I had no issues, afterward.
