Mcdonalds French fries are evidentially par fried and then frozen. To do this, the must coat in flour. It may have been the oil the above comment says but it is definitely the flour coated French fries they serve. Sad!
I went there hoping to eat their French fries. So i informed them i had an allergy and they told me the fries were in a seprate fryer and i thought great. Didnt turn out so great. The oil they use isn't 100% gluten free.
I got a plain burger and fries. Just the patty and bacon because of cross contamination. They gave me one piece of bacon and I was supposed to get 4. They didn’t take any precautions when I told them I had an allergy. I still got glutened after asking for everything plain.

First, I was pleasantly surprised that they have a separate fryer for French fries! I got the new BLT QP, with no bun. They brought it to our table on a plate with a lid, and gave me a fork. The BLT QP, is purportedly made fresh to order, and it definitely seemed fresh.
