Gluten free items and substitutions are clearly marked on the menu. There are so many options that I had a hard time choosing what to eat.

Staff is highly knowledgeable and always check what your allergies are before they leave with your order. The server stated that they use a dedicated fryer. There are also numerous options for anyone with other dietary restrictions (especially dairy and nuts).

The mushroom calamari is a must have; it tastes exactly like the real thing.

The Crispy BBQ burger is quite heavy, with a bit too much sauce for my liking, but generally tasty. Will be coming back for the Medditerranean burger or the butter chicken noodle bowl.

This place is amazing! So many things are gf as is but they can modify almost everything. It was hard to choose what to order. Server was knowledgeable and my meal was brought out separately with an allergy acknowledgement. Highly recommend for gf poutine!

This place is super yummy and their gf items are clearly marked. However, last time I went there some of the desserts were marked as gluten free when they were in fact not gf, just make sure you double check with the server.

One of my all time favourite places to eat. They take so much care in their dishes. I’ve eaten here many times without fail - their burgers and fries are insanely tasty and allow me to indulge without worry.

Meet was awesome!!! They took extreme care with handling my mother in law’s gluten-free needs. A separate server even brought the gluten-free meal out to avoid cross contamination. On top of all that, the food was delicious!!! Will definitely be eating there again!

This place has been amazing and my go to for eating out. However, 3 times now I have ordered take out and have had a reaction. I normally refrain from take out so I can assure the safety of my food but thought it would be safe at this restaurant.

This is one of our Favourite Celiac Gluten-free dine place. Dedicated fryer! The food is good! Also great Vegan Place! We took many of our friends this place and everyone loved the food!

Staff are very knowledgable. Gf food often marked with a toothpick and the server will verbally confirm if it doesnt come with a toothpick. Once had an item come out and the server was bot 100% sure it was GF, so they remade it without me asking.

I have ordered a number of items here. All were delicious and safely gluten free. Staff were knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free and were quick to assure me the kitchen was very careful about cross contamination. I have been to all three locations of Meet, and it is amazing for SAFE & DELICIOUS gluten free options. When I ate in the restaurant with my family (pre-covid) all my food came with little red flags stuck in it, marking that it was gluten free, my food also came out first. The waiter gave me fresh cutlery from the back (not from the communal jar on the table) and was very careful. Since covid, I have done takeout twice, and both times I have felt just as safe communicating my needs over the phone, and when I asked, my takeout food was put into a separate bag containing only gf food. One of my favourite things about Meet is that the food CONTAINING GLUTEN is labeled on the menu, instead of the gf food being marked. I love that they have flipped the system, and if you want gluten, you have to look for it!!! If it is not marked, it is gluten free. I am so grateful that Meet on Main, Yaletown and Gastown are here. My only suggestion is that there should be a location outside of Vancouver for the suburbs to get the delicious food without having to go into town! ❤❤❤
