Staff was super friendly and informative about their gluten-free products. They are an entirely gluten- and nut-free facility. I had a thin crust chicken Alfredo pizza and it was amazing. I highly recommend this spot! They also sell breads, cupcakes, cookies, sandwiches, flour mixes, caramel rolls, brownies, muffins, cakes...a gluten-free haven. They do use sugar and eggs. Flours are primarily a sorghum, rice, and tapioca mix.
