Good experience overall though limited options for entrees. Hostess had a readily available list and was able to clearly indicate what was gluten free. Waitress asked specifically if allergy or celiac. Chips, salsa, guacamole all GF. Entree fajitas only but several protein choices served with rice, beans, warm corn tortillas and all the toppings. All food was fresh and very good. They were packed on a Monday but we were still seated quickly too. We would go again.
Food was good, but it made me react before we left the restaurant. Got the street tacos and didn’t eat any of the chips because they don’t have a dedicated fryer. Also had the waitress mark that my order was for someone with celiac disease. To the establishment’s credit, they do have a disclaimer at the bottom of the menu that states all food in their kitchen is at risk for cross-contamination with wheat.
our server walked me through the entire menu and told me what can be made gluten free, and warned about the risk of cross contamination. i’m not usually not a fan of corn tortillas, but they were so good. the fajitas were incredible, and the birria tacos were the best i’ve had. definitely one of the best mexican restaurants i’ve been to.
My daughter and I have celiac. We went with a group of 6, the first week they opened. It was a 45 minute wait. Told the Tortilla chips were GF. They have corn tortillas. Told to avoid the rice due to uncertainty with spices from the outside facility that prepares it. The ceviche, chip/guacamole appetizer, margarita, carne asada tacos, tortillas, retired beans and flank steak were great! No side effects!
