Mekong Restaurant

I haven't had Ginger Beef or Chicken in years. When I saw this restaurant offered it I had to check it out. I was not disappointed. I savored every bite. Thank you for catering so deliciously well to those of us who don't tolerate gluten. If I lived closer you would be greeting me by name.

I don’t know why people say the food is not good. Maybe it is what you ordered is not to your liking? I have ordered Mekong for years and have enjoyed the taste and the fact that they know how to do GF right. Most of the menu can be made GF upon request. The food is tasty and the staff very helpful. I highly recommend Mekong!!!!

I typically don’t leave reviews. But hopefully I can save someone from wasting money. The food has no flavour, mushy coating and meat. The beef tasted extremely off. And the gluten free soy sauce has been expired for 3 months. Save your money and your time and eat anywhere else

Great food with dedicated fryer, they say they are aware of cross-contamination. Food comes out labelled GF and never had an issue. Eaten here multiple times, would definitely recommend.

This location has dedicated fryers and gluten free soya sauce. I love their food and appreciate them so much. Never had an issue here. Also no msg!

Such a treat. Have eaten here about 10 times with no issues. Ginger beef, sesame chicken, salt and pepper squid, fried rice. A+.

I am always paranoid about ordering from a new Chinese food place that offers GF, but it was wonderful that their menu was fully labeled and the woman on the phone was very responsive. I even called back when the food arrived to ensure the order had been marked as GF and they assured me it was. The only thing that would have made it better is if they labeled the takeout boxes as GF! Delicious food though, highly enjoyed.

Ordered take out and staff was knowledgeable about gluten free items on the menu. All the gluten free food was package and marked clearly in a separate bag. Food was good!

Staff were friendly and understanding of my gluten free requirement. The take out menu is labeled with all the gf options (over half the menu), including spring rolls! Staff labeled the two non gluten free dishes for us so it was easy to know what was not safe. And everything was delicious (As judged by my gluten-eating family). Will definitely order from here again.

It is easy to find the gluten friendly items on their menu as they are depicted with a GF symbol. If you let your server know, they are happy to accommodate food allergies or special dietary needs.Also, they do not use MSG.I was happy to have gf sweet and sour chicken and gf ginger beef, both were fresh and delicious!
