Review of Melissa's Backstreet Takeout

Melissa’s is an Asian Takeout restaurant. She has rice based salads. She is usually working and very knowledgeable about gluten free foods. Seasoned rice is gluten free and the same recipe used for years. The only thing not gluten free the day I went was the chicken (has soy sauce) and some toppings. I had the cheese shrimp on seasoned rice loaded with lots of veggies. They typically change gloves between orders unless they are busy and even then they will change them upon request. Best takeout food in Sylva.
