UPDATED: The last three times I've gone here its been a bad experience. Servers knew nothing about gluten free options except that you could order gluten free crust. Prior to the past year, servers were very knowledgeable and took my allergies seriously. Now they seem to be clueless. Menu no longer indicates which toppings are kept gluten safe, and servers usually say "I think they are all fine". Every time I have to force them to go to the kitchen and double check with cooks. I don't feel safe at all there any more. That being said the last three times I ate there I was fine, but don't intend to return unless they get things back in order.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Staff is knowledgeable and they have safe practices and separate prep area for gluten free dishes. I’ve eaten there many times and never had a problem. They finally added a gluten free beer to their bar. I do feel like the quality of the food has declined in the past year or so....used to be excellent gf (and df) pizza, but the last few I've had were mediocre, but hoping it was just poor luck.
