Review of Mellow Mushroom

New waitress had zero knowledge of gluten allergy or the ingredients except what was clearly written on menu as GF. I was cross contaminated, got very sick while on vacation.Manager was apologetic but nothing else was done to remedy the situation. Very serious offense from a supposedly celiac friendly establishment. Will never go to another Mellow Mushroom.
