I have eaten their twice without any problems. I always get a salad since I cannot have any grains at all. Staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. My kids have eaten their GFDF pizza with their vegan cheese and really enjoyed it without problems despite previous reviews on here. I suspect they have made positive changes based on previous feedback. Not the safest location for those who are most sensitive but it is a workable option.

My first time eating gluten free pizza, and it was delicious. Also, one of my first time eating out since my Celiac diagnosis, so I was a little worried. They were very nice and accommodating. I did not get sick!!

I've been here two times. The gf pizza crust is decent. The first time I went I was presented with an allergen list and assured I'd be safe from contamination. However, this time I was asked if my gf pizza crust choice was an allergy or a life style choice. I said allergy... Because I don't want to explain that ingesting gluten makes me extremely ill. I truly think that the waitress did not believe me...then later when I asked for a spatula for my pizza, she told me that I couldn't have one due to cross contamination with my allergy and all...but if I wanted one she'd happily get me one. Well that left me to wonder about everything else... The pizza pan...how was my pizza preparation different if the spatulas are more dangerous than the pan... I started feeling sick before I left the restaurant and I have been contaminated. Not going back..

While their gluten free pizza crust is dairy free, I was informed by multiple staff members that the only things on the menu that can be guaranteed gluten free are the pizza toppings on the gluten free list- which consists of about half of the available toppings. Even then, the suppose gluten free pizza made me sick every time I've eaten there- every week for almost 6 months for an ongoing Trivia event.

Sorry, I'm not going back to eat at a place that can't make a salad gluten free, especially not when the atmosphere is obnoxious, too noisy to hold a conversation on a non-event night, and the pizza is overpriced even for gluten free.

They have a dedicated GF pizza list. And the pizza is the BEST! I go there once or twice a week! The price isn't bad for such great pizza. I suggest extra cheese, though.

There are two locations in Pigeon Forge. One is at the Island shopping area and does not have direct access for parking. We went to the location on Parkway instead. Wait time was decent and expected since busy place. Pizza was great! They even have “Certified GF” marked at top about gluten, which is pretty rare for pizza places. Usually most places say cannot guarantee cross contamination and certainly never say certified. Was immediately relaxing to see this and they listed 4 signature CGF pizzas that could be made along with other GF ingredients. When mentioned gluten free, the server instantly said “I got you”, which means a ton to celiac families. Small size available only for gluten free pizzas and definitely plenty for a personal pizza order. We did separate orders with small GF pizzas for our whole party and most had at least a slice leftover to take home.

We have found Mellow Mushrooms to be a good option while traveling but I always call a new one to confirm procedures. In Aiken, they offer gf crust. Manager said it’s prepared in a separate part of the kitchen to minimize cross-contamination risk. Then it is cooked on a clean sheet pan so it doesn’t touch the oven where wheat crust goes.

Great service. Pizza was good. They have a certified process for prepping the food. Absolutely a safe experience with great tasting pizza!!
