This is the second location of MM we have tried and we had another good experience here. GF pizza is a hit with my family and nice to eat it somewhere where they can actually keep safe
Love MM back home, so thankfully had a great experience in Nashville also. Had GF pizza, no reaction. Severe asked if I was celiac when ordering GF. Loved my pie!
Ate here during our vacation trip. Went because of reviews. I am extremely sensitive (I know within 30 minutes) and no reaction. Our waitress who was only on her 2nd shift asked me if it was due to celiac that I wanted it with gf crust so that was awesome. There are 4 pizzas that are gf house special, mighty meat, I had the kosmic karma my wife had the veg out both were good, the ingredients were fresh and the sauce had good flavor the crust was average gf crust. There's also live music on the main floor. We decided to eat on the roof, decent views of the strip and on the neighboring roof at Alan Jackson's they started playing music that was more our style. All in all I'd recommend it I'm writing this review hrs later and I'm fine. Just add $3 per pie for the gf crust.

Heads up - they close the kitchen early and sell pizzas by the slice later at night. Bartender was honest that they do have GF slices but they have cross-contact so I didn’t get anything. Super cute bar otherwise!
Seriously SUCH GOOD pizza!! We tried the Kosmic Karma, The Merry Prankster and the House Special! Sooooo delicious!! They told us the gluten free pizza was made in a separate area on separate pans! Will come back here again!!
Great experience. My daughter ate her entire gluten free pizza. Our server was helpful and the menu had a note about gluten free items and cross contamination. She felt great after.
I love Mellow Mushroom! I was so happy to see this place. Great with gluten free. Crust tasted different from the other Mellow Mushroom we are used to but it was still really good. Felt great afterwards.
Mellow mushroom is our favorite pizza! It’s an absolute must every time we are in the south with a location. Never have been sick in any of the locations plus it’s super delicious!
Bartender was very helpful. Food was fast considering we walked in for a to go order. They did have a gluten free menu alongside the regular one. Pretty good over all but wasn’t a fan of the crust. It was pretty hard.
I absolutely love this place. Their pizza is delicious. Everytime I travel back to Nashville we eat here at least twice!! I never feel sick from eating here which is a dream traveling with celiac!! I got the kosmic karma, highly recommended
Great pizza! Crust is thin but not over cooked and staff ensured me that they cook it separate and take precautions to prevent cross contamination. We were at a bar next door and they even walked my pizza over to me when it was ready! Great service!!
Got the meat lovers pizza. Of course it was small and thin, but it was really good with toppings on it. One of my buddies had never had GF pizza and had a slice. He agreed that with pizza and options like the one he tried, eating GF wouldn’t be all too bad. I love eating at mellow mushrooms when i come across them.
Had the Mighty Meat pizza and it was great. So nice to have a pizza that wasn't a cauliflower crust. They take the safety of making the gluten-free pizza very seriously from talking with our server. Enjoyed the live music too.
Awesome food many options and delicious gf pizza. They have a separate gf pizza oven. Four of us had fantastic food. Staff is knowledgeable and awesome!!
I didn’t have a lot of hopes here as a celiac but they did it safe! Got the GF pizza and picked our own toppings. It was amazing. The service was great and the love music was wonderful.

I have many allergens in addition to needing to avoid gluten so I was not able to have their gluten-free pizza, but the staff was fantastic about checking the ingredients of everything to help me figure this out and the salad that I had was fresh, delicious and most importantly, safe for me. I was completely happy with it. This is a great spot to eat for gluten free. I also really enjoyed the live music that played the entire time we were there.
Loved it here!!!!! Got a gf pizza and was just what I needed! Also AMAZING wings as an app that were made in a dedicated gf space. Amazing drinks as well!! Everyone I was with had a great experience and great food. The place was so cute and definitely underrated!! Recommend a visit!
Pizza is good. Dedicated kitchen space and ingredients. Servers knowledge! We felt really good about eating here and the pizza was better than many for my celiac eater!
Ordered pizza over phone. Was informed that all GF pizzas are prepared in separate kitchen space with a dedicated gf oven. They warned me that if I ordered a pizza not on the gf menu that they could not guarantee no cc. I got one of the gf offerings and it was great. While the crust was nothing special, the toppings were delicious and I did not get sick. Would recommend.
I was thrilled to find a dive bar (I say that with love) and pizza place with gf options right on Broadway in downtown Nashville! Sat at the bar and our bartender/server was very nice and efficient. Menu states that all pizzas are available with gf crust but they actually have 4 options that every ingredient (from crust to sauce to toppings) is certified gluten free and prepared in a dedicated area. I was really impressed. The options are the House Special, a veggie pizza, a “meat lovers” style, and one called Kosmic Karma - I can’t remember the toppings for that one. I had the meat lovers and the sausage and pepperoni were high quality but the bacon was one the the best pieces of bacon I have ever had. It wasn’t just crumbles - it was over 1” strips! Great cheese, too. SLIGHT complaint - while the bottom of the crust was nice and crisp, under the toppings wasn’t quite done. However, that is VERY common with any gf crust when you have a generous layer of ingredients. It wasn’t even worth a star deduction to me. Just being able to sit at a bar and eat pizza with friends while listening to live music was a thrill!
Ate here twice when in Nashville for four days! Great pizza and chicken wings! We had the hawaiian and meat lovers pizza, and wings. All were very good and no issues after eating either time!
Terrible! We got into Nashville late Saturday night and we’re trying to find somewhere to eat late that was safe for us and mellow mushroom is usually great. Unfortunately this one is right in downtown which they don’t mention. So we had to fight 20 mins of traffic to find a parking garage then walk 15 mins to find out that no one under 21 is allowed in. This is NOT a normal mellow mushroom it is a BAR in the DOWNTOWN DISTRICT DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE A FAMILY!!! They will not let your kids in to get dinner
Had the mushroom gf pizza. Toppings were delicious; crust is a standard thin frozen crust- pretty standard. Waitress knew all the safety precautions for celiac (separate cooking surface, new cutter, etc) and assured they would be followed. Pizza took a while to come out (a family who ordered after us ate and left before we got our pizza), but when our order arrived, it tasted great. I felt fine after eating here, and recommend this place if you have some time on your hands.
We were driving through Nashville and didn’t realize this place was located in the entertainment district. It was surrounded by honky tonk/live music bars. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun for tourists passing through on a Sunday afternoon with their 3 teenagers.
Very busy and hectic location but proved to be a very safe option in traditional mellow mushroom fashion.

I have Celiac disease and they take all precautions necessary. THE BEST pizza on all of Broadway hands down.
Our server knew very little about gluten free but after speaking with the manager we were well informed. Had the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was great.
Would be five stars but the band was awful and waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too loud
Love the music, live band on a Wednesday afternoon in the spring and a Monday afternoon in the fall. Had a GF BBQ chicken pizza this time, staff was friendly and listened, it was about average for GF pizza and I didn't get sick, I would go back.
Highest on web search but not gf friendly.. very few options for gf.

Never even got to taste the pizza. 30 min after my order They said they burned My pizza and would remake it... Then 25 min later they came out with the wrong pizza

We enjoyed our gf pizzas!
The first time here, the pizza I was served was not edible and had to be sent back. They did make it right, however I ate after the rest of the table was done eating. I decided every place deserves a second chance, I went back and the pizza was fantastic, however I got cross contamination. They cook in a separate area and separate oven, however the servers pick up and serve with the gluten pizzas. As a celiac I believe she must have handled both pizzas with the same hand when she served mine. Ugh. I was sick the rest of the evening. I wish I could recommend, but I do not if you have celiac disease.
My pizza was very good despite being burnt around the edges. I had the Cosmic Karma. I am only going to speak about taste for this review bc the place was too busy and noisy for me to ask our server a bunch of questions. I just told her I have a gluten allergy and to please note it on my ticket. I did not have a reaction.
Ate here because I saw that it is certified gf and so many places haven’t taken CC seriously however it was so great I came back the next day! Yummy pizza (a typical gf crust), staff were super knowledgeable. Several of the pizzas are certified gf however they can make almost any pizza on the menu gf. Drinks were great, service was great. Definitely recommend!
I ordered online, clicking the designated gluten-free crust. Order to pick up only took 30 minutes. I ordered pepperoni pizza. It tasted amazing, it tasted like pizza, I was so surprised. Wish there was location in Illinois. Would go there again.
