Review of Merlin's Pizza

My daughter is a very sensitive celiac and did not have any issues after eating here. If not for the other reviews on this website, we would not have even glanced at Merlin's. But the service was fantastic and the staff is very well educated about strict GF protocols. Our server even went so far as to wash her hands and change gloves before doing drink refills. We ended up eating here twice during our 5-day stay because we had such a great experience. Try the GF cheese bread (and their non-GF pizza is really good, too). Highly recommended!
