Celiac friendly

The staff knew what they were talking about. Not only is the food here good, but only 2 of the many items are not gluten free, and those are set off to the side for safe keeping.

They learned what GF is. Only the naan and samosas have gluten. Cafeteria style service, but naan and samosas are at the end of the line to minimize contamination risk. Fast & tasty.

There was a sign saying that they have gluten free food but I asked the employees and they didn’t even know what gluten is. Maybe they do have gluten free food but it’s useless if the employees aren’t trained to know what is gluten free. And that means no glove changing because they received zero training on it. False advertising.

they specifically told me that they don't provide gluten free food. I'm sure you could have a gluten free meal, but it wouldn't be celiac safe

Check the gluten free menu online ahead of time, but a vast majority of the ingredients are gluten free. We refer to this as "Indian Chipotle", with great taste and price to match. Perfect for lunch if you're in the city sightseeing.

Pretty good americanized Indian menu. A nice faster food type place for Indian. All proteins and sauces are gf. Allergen list only so do your own homework.

Most menu items are gluten free but two of three associates I spoke with did not know about gluten or their allergen menu. Food was good but different from the traditional Indian flavors I'm use to.
