Amazing experience last night at Mesa Grill. I had the delicious mahi mahi and banana pudding sans wafer for dessert! Highly recommend! They told me all the items that were not only gluten free but celiac safe.

I ate here for dinner last night, it was really good! Very expensive thought, $52 dollars for a filet mignon (which i got) but it was so tasty and I devour it in minutes. I also had a side of steamed spinach as the other sides had butter in it (I'm also dairy free). Overall, great experience!

Our server was awesome and helped guide me through the brunch menu. Had the spicy chicken and sweet potato hash, which was amazing.

Located in Caesar's Palace
My waiter was great and pointed out what was safe and what wouldn’t be throughout the menu. I ended up doing the shrimp tacos with corn tortillas and we had a shrimp appetizer as well during lunch. Fantastic margaritas! No sickness :)

They assured me that “almost everything” could be made gluten free but then I asked about multiple appetizers and they weren’t able to be made gluten free ?? The food I got was good but not as accommodating as I expected given the reviews and what the waiter told me at first.

This restaurant has great options and tasted delicious. I let them know I had celiac and they said they were able to accommodate. I had the Mahi Mahi and shrimp tamale. I am always anxious when at a restaurant that isn't dedicated gf since I'm pretty sensitive and reactive. I am so glad we stopped at this one!

Great food! Very knowledgeable staff - most of the menu items are GF. No dedicated fryer, so stay away from fried food.

Oh my! Food is amazing. I got the Sixteen Spice chicken. No issues and loved every bite!
The server was very knowledgeable about Celiac and pointed our all the menu items that were safe. He warned that they do not guarantee that cross-contamination but I felt very safe after thoroughly discussing the options available to me. He also informed the chef of my needs. I had the cauliflower soup and it was absolutely delicious.

Amazing food and tons of gluten free options. I posted a review on my blog Alexis's Gluten Free Adventures.
Amazing food. Had the shrimp tamale as an app- probably one of the best apps I've ever had. Ordered the salmon for dinner, sauce was devine. The waiter was knowledgable about gluten, made plenty of suggestions, asked if I was celiac, warned about cross contamination so felt very welcome eating here. I'm a big fan of Bobby Flay-- very pleased with his restaurant!
The server was very knowledgeable about GF options. Most of the menu was available for me to eat. Had the tiger shrimp tamale as an app & the pork tenderloin for my entree. It was some of the best food I have ever had and no issues after esting! I highly recommend it!
Excellent gluten free choices and super nice and informed waiter.
Many choices instead of just a salad.

Yummy food, handled gf needs awesomely.

Located inside Caesar's Palace, across from the Coliseum. Very tentative and sensitive to our food allergies ( gluten and nuts). Wonderful atmosphere and not smoky! Great food from Bobby Flay.

Not celiac friendly, poor customer concerns to say the least.

Wasn't very impressed with their GF options. Lots of them were salads. My food was delicious (chicken skewers), but in rating the restaurant as GF friendly, I'd say go elsewhere.
I love this place but the prices are shocking. They did a great job with my gluten free request. If you make a reservation, don't cancel late because you will get charged.
