Been here twice since my Celiac diagnosis and both times have enjoyed a full meal with zero concerns. Both time the wait staff have been super friendly and knowledgeable about what foods have gluten in them, and have even checked with the kitchen to be certain to confirm with me before I ordered. I ordered a different kind of cheese enchiladas each time, as well as enjoyed the salsas, guac, and chips. So grateful to have some good Tex-mex I can enjoy.

Chips and salsa were safe! I didn’t ask if the chips were in a shared fryer, but I didn’t get sick so there was my answer. The staff was extremely helpful in answering my questions, telling me ingredients, and going back and forth from the kitchen to ask questions. I ordered the fajitas with the arroz verde because it felt like the least risky option and ended up being okay! The food was delicious too. They cleaned the area they cooked on and changed gloves. Definitely will go back!
My husband and I have eaten here for date night a few times. The menu is about 90% gluten free without having to modify. They have a dedicated fryer for the chips and 3 dif kinds of salsa that come out when you sit down. My favorite is the avocado one. I usually get the salmon plate, but this time I tried an enchilada and taco plate. The server was very knowledgeable about what I needed to modify to make it GF. I chose the brisket taco, a cheese enchilada with salsa verde, and the chicken enchilada. My favorite of everything I’ve tried is the salmon plate. My husband who is not GF loves the pork and grits and the enchilada/taco combos as well. Very safe and amazing food with great customer service.
