Pros : It is a gluten free stand in a stadium which I had never seen before. Cons : They did not seem very knowledgeable. I ordered a hot-dog, but after asking my usual "is this 100% gluten free" their reply was "yes the bread is". What worried me is that the sausage just looked like the usual hot-dog stand sausage which is usually contaminated. If you're there maybe the safest option would be the burger, but if you're really craving a hot-dog make sure to ask if the sausage is safe.
I was amazed by the gluten free offerings, there was a dedicated gluten free stand in our section where everything was coeliac safe. Then next door was a nacho stand where there were gluten free options.
The ground staff weren’t helpful in pointing us in the right direction however when we found the stands the Stands staff were incredibly knowledgable about what I could and couldn’t have. The food was delicious and really elevated the experience
Metlife Stadium has gluten free options located in the concourse level outside SECTION 143 this season. All of the hot food made to order is cooked on a dedicated grill and includes hamburgers, sausages, and hot dogs on an Udis bun. WARNING: The veggie wrap, grain bowl, and salads that are prepackaged are not GF. Bring your own desserts to the game as well.
The bad news is BAD, if you're not careful!! The employees swore that EVERYTHING there at the GF Grill was GF. But the salads had FARRO or CROUTONS! And they looked like regular croutons plus it was next to a farro salad!! The employees insisted that farro is GF, when it's really a form of wheat and not safe for anyone who needs to avoid gluten. I would NOT trust their salads nor their green tortilla wrap.
The good news is that otherwise, it's like the grill available that we're used to from Devils, Mets & Yankees games. It's a kiosk set apart from other food vendors and the grill seems safe. My son with celiac disease at a sausage in a roll and later had a cheeseburger there. That was four days ago and he's fine! The food tasted good, it was readily available and the lines were short-to-none. :)

However, that was pre-packaged so we stuck with the hot grilled foods.
Other options are slim-to-none. Can't have fries, etc. Popcorn was disgusting and I do not say that lightly. It was so salty I couldn't taste the popcorn or the seasoning at all...and I've never not eaten popcorn...ever. It was also tiny broken pieces and lots of hard unpopped kernals. Maybe we just got the dregs??? But, that should have been a safe option yet it was inedible.
I'm super happy that they tried and succeeded in the grill!! I'd love it if they actually educated themselves and their employees because sad-but-true, having 2-3 options (IF YOU EAT MEAT) is enough for us to like any place to eat. And, at the other major league parks near us, we've not seen the misleading and unsafe items they have here. So, three stars is the most I can give.
My sincere apologies to GF vegetarians because I can't recommend anything in the stadium - they have tostitos nachos (probably not vegan?) that should be safe and I saw a review here that mentioned italian ice if you're not already too cold.
Went to see Bruce Springsteen Aug 23. Based on my search I knew what sections had gluten free beer ,Redbridge and frozen chocolate chip gluten-free cookie. Gluten-free rolls for a sausage . All rolls and cookies wrapped sealed . Sec. 146 top of the escalator. In big letters " Gluten Free Grill " Also sec 121 had burgers served without buns .
