Staff was knowledgeable about allergies. They recommended the soft serve if cross contamination is an issue - they can use a clean scoop to serve your ice cream, but a contaminated scoop might have gone in at a different time. They keep the larger tubs of toppings in the back, so people with allergies can avoid cross contamination. When the ice cream was delivered, the staff specifically said it was for allergies.

Best ice cream shop ever! They have multiple types of gf cones and many gf ice cream options. They also have several dairy free options for those of us with gluten and dairy allergies! Love this place!!!

Awesome experience. GF options were clearly labeled on their menu. After letting them know I had celiac they were happy to change gloves and use clean scoops!

This place is awesome! I felt so safe ordering and the mint moose tracks was amazing! They have gluten free sugar and cake cones! Also a lot of choices with the hard scoop icecream!

Very knowledgeable. Have gluten free cones and the staff know the protocols. And when we asked a question about a flavor, the server didn't guess, she went and found out the answer from her manager. A separate person brings out the gluten free items to avoid cross contamination.

The Staff was knowledge of Gluten free. They had two options of GF cones: cake or sugar cone. I got the cake cone w/ twist soft serve dipped in chocolate. I have not had a cone or been able to have chocolate dip in 10 years since being gf! So thrilled to find this place! We will definitely be back when on vacation next time!

All flavors labeled if they are gluten free or not. Even have gluten free ice cream cones! Will definitely be back!
