They do not have dedicated fryers, so chips and anything fried are off the table. Both flour tortillas and corn are prepared on the same equipment. They were 100% up front and helpful, but we didn't risk it.

This place is amazing. Aside from the fantastic drinks, I’d say 95% of the menu is gluten free.
I found out the queso in their nachos has a dash of regular flour to thicken it; the owner switched to rice flour the NEXT DAY.
I trust the staff and management and would consider this place celiac friendly (as I am one). Avoid the burrito, mole and burger with bun). Just ask the staff if any questions. Drier is dedicated to corn.
Worth a visit for sure.
