The fryer is NOT separate/dedicated. They fry their empanadas in with the tortillas and the chips. The chef came out, spoke with us, and explained that this establishment is UNSAFE for people with celiac.

They have a great gluten free menu with lots of choices including chips (separate fryer) and queso. The staff was very knowledgeable and the chef visited our table before we placed our order and assured us he would do everything possible to prevent cross contamination. He delivered our food himself. Our entire family is gluten free including one celiac. We highly recommend! Great food and great service.

Here for a conference and my wife and I wanted some Mexican food. I had the tacos and she had the fajitas, both were great! I want to give extra kudos to the awesome staff! I'm very sensitive to gluten and eat a strict gluten free diet. The waitress helped me to ID GF dishes on the menu. All the taco options have a choice of corn tortillas. Later, the waitress and another gentleman came out from the kitchen area to talk about my request. They assured me that they're aware and will take proper care of my meal, which I greatly appreciated! In summary, great food, great staff, great experience! I hope to get back there soon.
