I am gluten intolerant (not celiac), but I try to be extremely careful with my diet, short of insisting on a dedicated gf kitchen (which I am sure Michael’s does not have). I just had the best tuna salad sandwich I’ve ever had, on the best gf bread I’ve ever had, and had a lovely chat with the wife (Andrea) of the couple who own this little spot. I can only speak for myself (and my non-gf husband, who also loved his meal), but I will now be a regular at this establishments!
