Ordered a sandwich with the gluten free bun and requested a gluten free side since it came with pasta salad. Sandwich arrived with the pasta salad. I told them I couldn't have the pasta salad and asked to make sure the bun was gluten free. The waitress assured me it was gluten free. It was a delicious sandwich but later I was pretty sure it was because that was NOT a gluten free bun. Was very sick just an hour later!

We called ahead as we were traveling through and were told they have procedures in place and a great gluten free menu. Once we got there it was awful, their idea of “gluten free” is putting a burger on a GF bun. They did not change gloves or use a separate pan to cook the burger, it was cooked on the same grill as the other burgers without the cook changing their glove. The burger was served with chips and when I asked if they were gluten free they said “we don’t know, we have to call and ask”. This is NOT celiac friendly. I did not eat the food as it was not worth the risk.

This is our favorite spot to stop when crossing WA. Gluten free buns for burgers and sandwiches. Deli salads and entree salads too.
