Lots of GF options. I had the pork cheeks. It was so good! The meat was like pot roast. Very likely it was braised and fell apart with a fork. Didn’t really taste like pork. Was more like beef pot roast on rice. My wife had tuna. She never likes tuna but raves about this one. She had it cooked medium, which is normally too much but this was flakey and tender. The chef said the sesame seeds on it sometimes have gluten on them so I didn’t try it. Try the local green tea while you’re there! It’s a real treat. It has a buttery mouth feel and interesting flavor notes from the fresh sea air and volcanic soil. Not to be missed!
